    Types of papers

    Original Articles, Book Review.

    Original Articles are between 5,000 and 7,000 words (including references). Book reviews should be no longer than 750 words.


    Double-blind peer review

    This journal follows a double-blind reviewing procedure. Authors are requested to submit at the time of their submission:

    1. An original article, not under submission at any other publication, with all contact details of the author(s) removed. Journal articles should be between 5,000 and 7,000 words, including references. References should include full first names, middle initials (if appropriate), and last names of authors; volume, issue number, and page numbers for articles in serial publications; and other appropriate information.
    1. A title page only, which includes:

    a)     The name(s) of the author(s)

    b)    A concise and informative title.

    c)     The affiliation(s), position titles, and address(es) of the author(s).

    d)    An e-mail address suitable for publication with the article, as well as telephone and fax numbers (not to be published) of the corresponding author.

    e)     Abstract of not more than 150 words.

    f)     JEL classification codes (http://www.aeaweb.org/journal/jel_class_system.php) appropriate to the article.

    1. The names and contact information (including email addresses) of two appropriate potential reviewers for the submission.

    Manuscript Submission

    Book review submissions may be sent directly to the book review editor, Dr. Predrag Rajsic, at: prajsic@uoguelph.ca.

    Submissions will only be accepted if received in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format. If the article is selected for publication, .doc or .docx format will be required.

    Submission of a manuscript implies that the work described has not been published before and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

    Authors wishing to include figures, tables, or text passages that have already been published elsewhere are required to obtain permission from the copyright owner(s) for both the print and online format and to include evidence that such permission has been granted when submitting their papers.
